Yoga for Emotional and Mental Well-Being
Through songs, games and storytelling children are introduced to yoga postures that assist in understanding more about their body, breath and emotional well-being. This is a playful and engaging class where children are encouraged to learn about their thought processes, body image, and coping mechanisms. Children are supported in learning new concepts in mindfulness, emotional well-being and healthy lifestyle alternatives. Classes will end with an opportunity for children to relax through a short relaxation exercise.
